About Us

Space is a simple word, but has many meanings and multiple dimensions. The venture was found on a basis to understand and explore the nuances of architectural theory and design. This exploration of multiplicity leads Kham Design to projects in the field of Architecture, Interiors and Product Design. Over the years, Kham’s ideology has grown to include ecology and sustainable practices. We believe that it is possible to make this meaningful difference through Design in all our projects.The office located in Chamarajpet, Bengaluru and in Hosapete, Bellary has a well qualified design and engineering team. The firm has also been associating with reputed consultants across different fields, for successful project completions.

OUR TEAM

Chetan is an architectural graduate from Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering and has over 25 years of experience in working on a variety of projects. Chetan mentors the firm Kham Design and is the source behind Kham's ideology & thinking. He devotes a part of his time as a visiting faculty with many Architectural & Design schools in the country. He has been actively involved in organizing several Design camps, with an aim to promote critical design dialogues between students and the professional community. He is also an avid traveler who is interested in cultural studies and is working towards establishing an eco-conscious design movement that promotes cradle to cradle design strategy. At present he is actively setting up a hub for design dialogue at Hampi called Hampi Center for Design.

Graduated from UVCE school of Architecture, Harshini is passionate about the earthly local materials & their construction techniques. She is trained under prof. Krishna Rao Jaisim.

Graduated from KLE Technological University Prajwal Is Passionate About Blending Traditional Charm With Modern Innovation. He Is Trained Under Ar.Dilipkumar Pat Venkataramanan Associates.

Shashidhar Itagimath

JUNIOR ARCHITECT

Graduate from school of Architecture DSATM. Shashidhar is intrested and keen about vernacular and contemporary Architecture. He is trained under AR. Chetan shivaprasad at kham design
